I welcome you and look forward to meeting you given the opportunity. I have been selling real estate for nearly 20 years and FULL TIME. I started when my youngest daughter Nicole was born in 1988, in New York City.

In 1994, I found myself a single mom raising 2 small girls and just moved out to Sunny Arizona where I found it more affordable. I worked in Property Management while I was trying to get my Real Estate business going. What a FEAT !!! But, I did it, with much help from many of the TOP Brokers here in the East Valley. I just LOVE it!!!!

I have been living in Gilbert since 1994 and both my girls have gone to school in Gilbert. Gilbert has a great school district! 

I bring much years of experience with me from all fields of the Real Estate Business. I specialize in residential properties. Although I do have a lot of experience with commercial, multiple dwelling and land and lots. Horse property and acreage, there is plenty here in Gilbert. Investment property is another area that I have lots of experience.

Education is very important to me in this business. If we are not fully educated in every aspect of the Purchase Contract and the whole transaction, how are we supposed to educate our client. Through the years I have kept up with continuing education so I could pass this on to my clients. After receiving my Broker's  license, I decided to further my education with a GHI and ABR designations. Investing in that education was the best thing I could ever do for my clients.  

Designations & Certifications
The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® has nine affiliated Institutes, Societies, and Councils, and two certification programs. The ISCs provide a wide-ranging menu of programs and services to assist members in increasing skills, productivity and knowledge. Designations acknowledging experience and expertise in various real estate sectors are awarded by each affiliated group upon completion of required courses. In addition, NAR offers two certification programs.

The most frequently cited designations held by REALTORS® were GRI (Graduate, REALTORS® Institute),  CRS (Certified Residential Specialist, RMNI) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representation). 

What is GRI?
The GRI designation is a national designation delivered by the state REALTOR^® associations. The 90-hour course of study meets the accreditation standards established by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS^®. Upon completion of the program, students are awarded the GRI designation (Graduate REALTOR^® Institute). Only members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS^® may hold the GRI designation.

What is ABR?
The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
